How long does it take?

UAE : Free shipping all over UAE. If you placed the order before 12pm , delivery starts from next working day. (except "Sunday, holidays."). You will receive the item within 2/3 working days

What should I do if my order has not arrived?
No worries! Our Team and delivery partner will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for delivery. We will follow up your shipment every time until you get it safely. In the event your order is not delivered within the time frame agreed on with our delivery partner, please contact our Customer Care team.

You may return the product for below reasons:
- wrong product received
- damaged product
- expired product received

In case you wanted to return the products due to wrong products you ordered you can always inform us before the product is shipped

Beauty products purchased from Skin Culture can be returned within 7 days of UNUSED products only.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it.

If you receive a wrong product, please contact the customer center immediately.

Returns are generally processed between 2-3 business days from purchase, and you will receive an email / whatsapp confirmation once your return has been processed.
